due to an unusual illness, Solo only had a short 2 years with his adopted family.  Once diagnosed, he made it through surgery – but the recovery was just too taxing for him to endure.  He was a gentle soul that found happiness with a family involved in bird rescue.  He loved his time with them and we mourn with them over the loss of this all-natural boy.
